When you register with ExcelGrade eLearning center you must
provide the requested contact information and general
information about you and your Child. We will also ask you to
create a Username and Password. This information allows us to
maintain a student Profile for each client so that we have a
better understanding of the needs of our members so we can then
customize preferences for each specific member, as well as
provide better services and more efficient methods for users to
contribute and receive information. As a ExcelGrade Member you
will be automatically placed on a list to receive the
information about the new discounts and courses by e-mail once
each week. We may use the information we collect during
the registration process to occasionally notify you about
important functionality changes to the Web site, new services of
ExcelGrade eLearning center, and special offers.
ExcelGrade offers educational programs in many
parts of the world. The payment/fees for the Services provided
by ExcelGrade is payable in United States currency and must be
paid in advance. The ExcelGrade Online web sites may refer to
certain services or programs that are not available worldwide.
Such reference does not imply on ExcelGrade to offers such
service or programs in all countries or locations. ExcelGrade
reserves the right to adjust the rate from time to time. Client
has to buy the startup kit US $100. Client can make payment
through Chq payable to ExcelGrade or buy PAYPAL. Continued use
of the Services by you or the Student following amendments to
this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of such
amendments.
ExcelGrade Services are offered only via
Internet. Students and Tutors are located worldwide. The
site and the software is controlled and operated from our
offices in Toronto - Canada. If you are using this services any
part of world you are responsible for the rules and regulation
with local laws. If your child does not log-in you still you
will be charged unless prior notice of 24hrs. is needed.
You further agree and acknowledge that this Agreement and any
dispute in connection
with the use by you, the Student, or any third party of the site
or services will be governed by the Canadian law. What
information is collected from our clients, for what purpose and
through which technical means the ExcelGrade collects personal
information exclusively to the extent necessary to fulfill a
specific purpose. The information will not be re-used for an
incompatible purpose;
